Job Summary

Satguru Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants Air

Ticketing to join its Pune office. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience

who are passionate about the travel industry. The selected candidate will assist customers with domestic and

international flight bookings, fare quotations, ticket issuance, and travel-related support while ensuring a high

level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight booking requests.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate fare quotations and travel options based on customer requirements.
• Work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Worldspan (training will be provided

to freshers, if required).

• Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve ticketing and travel-related queries.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes as per airline guidelines.
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely query resolution.
• Meet quality standards and productivity targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in travel or airline ticketing are welcome to

apply.

• Basic knowledge of GDS or airline ticketing will be an added advantage.
