Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated Field Sales Professionals to expand our business across India. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing dealer and distributor networks, conducting customer meetings, arranging machine demonstrations, closing sales, and achieving monthly business targets for our Color Sorting Machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Identify prospective customers, Rice Mills, Dal Mills, Seed Processing Units, Spice Processing Units, Food Processing Industries and Industrial Manufacturing Companies.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Arrange machine demonstrations with the technical team.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain dealer/distributor networks.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiations.
• Coordinate with the Service Team during installation and after-sales support.
• Maintain CRM records and submit daily visit reports.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs and customer events.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
