Profile: Tata AIG - Motor Insurance Executive (Voice Process)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to motor vehicle insurance.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers through voice interactions.
• Assist customers with insurance-related requests and service requirements.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduates & Undergraduates
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience Mix: 30% Freshers / 70% Experienced
• Good communication skills required.

Shift Details

• Work Window: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• 6 Days Working
• Rotational Week Off

Salary Details:

• Fresher: 19K - 22.5K CTC
• Experience: 23K - 29K CTC
