- Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy / Retail Operations
• Strong team handling & leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of inventory, stock & expiry management
• Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
• Strong understanding of store operations & compliance
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy operations
Lead, train & motivate the store team
Drive sales, customer experience & business targets
Manage inventory, stock accuracy & expiry control
Ensure compliance with pharmacy SOPs & regulations
Drive diagnostics & omnichannel operations
Maintain store hygiene and operational excellence
Delhi Pharmacy Council (Delhi PCI) Registration is mandatory.
