Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
• Lead and coordinate the store team.
• Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and expiry control.
• Monitor store performance and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
• Handle customer queries and escalations effectively.
• Support online/omnichannel orders and customer deliveries.
• Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure smooth coordination between team members and internal departments.

Job Requirements

• Graduate preferred; relevant retail experience will be considered.
• 25 years of experience in retail/store operations preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail is an advantage.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage store operations independently.
