Urgent Hiring For Sr.Ticketing Executive / Travel Consultant

Job Profile:

• Must have Knowledge of CRS (Computerized Reservation System) Galileo and Amadeus.
• Shall have Diploma in Travel Tourism / IATA Courses etc.
• Handle Independently Domestic & International Air Tickets.
• Attend query on Phone, in person and in Mails.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise with bookings or travel plans in a timely and professional manner.
• Handling flight changes and cancellation, Maintaining DSR.
• In addition to Air Ticket shall render assistance in Visa, Issue travel Insurance and Basic Knowledge of Tours.
• Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal Skill.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of travel industry standards and procedures, including IATA regulations.
• Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on airline ticketing for international and group travel.
