Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy operations.
• Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and expiry/near-expiry checks.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
• Manage online and omnichannel pharmacy orders.
• Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and documentation.
• Follow company SOPs and all applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Support store sales and achieve business targets.
• Maintain store hygiene and operational standards.
• Guide and support junior pharmacists/store staff.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Valid Karnataka State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory.
• Experience: 36 years, preferably in retail/community pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of medicines, prescription handling, and dispensing.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of inventory and expiry management.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates with experience in organised retail pharmacy chains will be preferred.
