Profile: Sales Executive SBI Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers
• Promote and explain SBI Life Insurance products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships

Candidate Profile:

• HSC / Graduate candidates
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Compensation & Work Schedule:

• Salary: 21,000 In-Hand | 25,000 CTC
• Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Week Off: Rotational
