We are hiring SAP PPQM L4 Consultant(Pharma)

Client- Amneal Pharma

Mode- Fulltime

Position: SAP PPQM Lead(Pharma)

Exp: 15-20 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Must have Skills :

1. SAP PP & QM Solution Leadership

- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PP and QM modules.

- Own PP processes including Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers), MRP, Production

Orders, Process Orders, Capacity Planning.

- Own QM processes including Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections, Inspection Lots,

Results Recording, Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications.

- Ensure SAP solutions align with pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality requirements.

2. SAP Implementation & Transformation

- Lead or significantly contribute to 23 full lifecycle SAP ECC / S/4HANA implementations.

- Participate in blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.

- Support ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives.

3. Integration & Shop-Floor Connectivity

- Manage integration touchpoints with LIMS, Track & Trace / Serialization systems,

Weighing Scales, and other manufacturing systems.

- Collaborate with MM, SD, WM/EWM, PM, and technical teams.

- Support interface testing, data validation, and issue resolution.

4. Compliance, Validation & Quality Support

- Ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity requirements.

- Support CSV and validation activities.

- Participate in internal and external audits.

5. Support, Optimization & Governance

- Lead global support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Define functional standards, SOPs, and best practices.

6. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

- Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing and quality stakeholders.

- Mentor junior SAP PP/QM consultants and coordinate with system integrators.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 15–18 years of SAP PP & QM experience in pharmaceutical domain.

- At least 2–3 end-to-end ECC / S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong understanding of integrations with LIMS, Track & Trace, Weighing Scales.
