Experience

• 610 years of overall experience in SAP HCM Functional Payroll
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in any one specific country payroll
  

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll
• Good knowledge of Payroll Configuration
• Strong experience in Payroll Schemas
• Hands-on experience in Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)
• Ability to analyze payroll requirements and configure solutions based on business needs
• Experience in payroll processing, issue resolution, and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of payroll processes and integration with other SAP HCM modules
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business/technical teams

Country Payroll Experience

Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in any one of the following country payrolls:

• Brazil, Colombia, Denmark, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Chile, Turkey, Argentina, Thailand
