Urgent Hiring For SAP FICO - Bangalore Location

Job Summary:

Deloitte India is looking for dynamic and technically strong SAP FICO professionals with experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects, along with a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Work on SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Gather business requirements, perform requirement analysis, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Handle configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP FICO issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Work on integration with SAP MM, SD, and other relevant modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI submodules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Working knowledge of SAP CO, including Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
• Experience in issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and SAP MM/SD.
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Business Partner, and New Asset Accounting.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and financial closing processes.
• Exposure to implementation, migration, rollout, or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
