Job Title: Sales Officer DST (Direct Sales Team) - Off role

Job Purpose

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving new business acquisition by sourcing and selling SME loans, mortgage products, and personal loans directly to customers. This role requires active field sourcing, building client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of direct sales experience in banking or NBFC sectors, specifically handling SME, mortgage, or unsecured loan products.
• Fresher Eligibility: Energetic freshers with a strong aptitude for field sales and excellent communication skills may be considered.

Skills & Competencies

• Sales Drive: High orientation toward field sales, meeting targets, and earning incentives.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and convince clients.
• Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of reading financial statements, income tax returns, and banking parameters for SME clients.
• Local Knowledge: Good understanding of the local market geography, business hubs, and industrial areas.
• Vehicle Requirement: Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory for daily field travel.
