Urgent Hiring For Sales Manager | Stainless Steel Sales | B2B Sales

Hiring an experienced Sales Manager Stainless Steel Manufacturing & Trading for a leading organization.

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets for stainless steel products.
2. Identify and develop new customers across Engineering, Fabrication, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Automobile and Railways sectors.
3. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
4. Handle sales of Stainless Steel Coils, Sheets, Plates, Pipes, Bars and value-added products.
5. Conduct regular market visits and monitor customer requirements, market trends and competitor activities.
6. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and periodic sales reports for management review.
7. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts and close business opportunities.
8. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch and Quality teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
9. Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
10. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events to promote company products.
11. Develop new markets and identify opportunities for business expansion.
12. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
13. Strong knowledge of stainless-steel grades, applications, market dynamics and industrial customer segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, customer relationship and business development skills.
14. Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and market development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

10 to 15 years of experience in Stainless Steel Manufacturing / Trading / Sales.

MBA - Marketing. Preference for candidates with B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
