Urgent Hiring For Risk & Compliance Manager- BPO Background Only

Role & responsibilities

1. Risk & Compliance will own and drive the end-to-end risk and compliance framework for Customer Service Contact Center function. 
2. Process-level auditing, and regulatory compliance, and is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across financial, reputational, PII, outsourced partner, and regulatory dimensions. 
3. The incumbent will be the single point of accountability for ensuring that outsourced contact center partners adhere to all contractual, statutory, and ISO-aligned obligations. 
4. Build and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register covering all CX contact centre processes from customer interaction handling to data management, vendor operations, and regulatory obligations.
