Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will engage with customers, explain mutual fund investment options, understand their financial goals, and guide them through their investment journey. The role involves outbound calling, customer relationship management, financial product education, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls and understand their financial goals.
• Explain mutual funds, SIPs, lump-sum investments, and investment options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Guide customers through the investment and onboarding process.
• Recommend suitable investment options based on customer requirements and risk profiles.
• Achieve monthly sales, calling, and talk-time targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow company processes.
• Develop a good understanding of mutual fund products and the FundsIndia platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of financial products and investment concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mutual funds is preferred.
• Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage.
• NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors certification is preferred.
• Candidates with a strong interest in finance and investment products are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in finance may also be considered.
• Preferred Language: English and Hindi (Bangalore Location) and English (Chennai Location).

Work Details

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Week off: 1 Rotational
• Salary: Competitive fixed salary based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
