Week Off: Rotational
Shift: Rotational 8:00 AM / 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM
Languages Required: English and Kannada (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance and solutions.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests professionally.
• Follow up with customers regularly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned targets and follow company processes and guidelines.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Customer Service, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Kannada is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
