Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and integration teams.
• Manage project plans, sprint backlogs, risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery milestones.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support or coordinate AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Copilot, RAG, and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Track project progress using Agile metrics, dashboards, and delivery reports.
• Identify and resolve impediments, proactively manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication across business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of overall experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
• Mandatory hands-on Salesforce project delivery experience.
• Experience delivering projects involving Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, integrations, or related Salesforce solutions.
• Experience managing or coordinating AI/GenAI/Agentic AI, Copilot, RAG, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, sprint management, and backlog prioritization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, or SAFe.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce implementations, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation or CRM implementation projects.
