Experience Requirements

• 4 9 years of strong functional support experience in Oracle Fusion (ERP) Cloud Financials
• Some understanding or experience with Oracle EPM – FCCS and ARCS
• Experience in SOX, compliance, and audit processes
• Experience working with global customers and onsite/offshore coordination (preferred)

Functional Expertise

• Strong functional depth in the following modules:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Project Financials
• Good understanding of subledger accounting and period close processes
• Deep understanding of how each module works and finance processes

Technical & Configuration Skills

• Ability to design and configure financial setups aligned to business requirements
• Understanding of Oracle Logical Data Modeling for reports
• Troubleshooting capabilities within Oracle Fusion – eg accounting issues etc.
• Proficiency in searching and utilizing Oracle Knowledge Base

Administrator & Soft Skills

• Experience from an administrator perspective rather than user perspective
• Ability to work effectively with end users
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management abilities

Good to Have Skills

EPM Knowledge

• FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
• ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
• SQL - Ability to read and write SQL queries
• Data Structure/Modeling - Understanding of underlying data architecture
