About this role
Position: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice)
What You'll Do:
Handle logistics and shipment-related queries through Email & Chat
Track orders, update shipment status, and resolve customer concerns
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
Maintain accurate records and deliver a seamless customer experience
Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-Voice/Back
Office/Customer Support roles
Good written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Must possess all required onboarding documents
Immediate joiners preferred
