• Graduate with relevant experience in Retail / Pharmacy Operations
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience in store operations and team management
• Knowledge of inventory, stock and expiry management
• Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations
• Lead, motivate and support the store team
• Drive sales and achieve business targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Monitor inventory, stock accuracy and expiry management
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and processes
• Support diagnostics and multichannel operations
• Handle team coordination and daily store activities
• Maintain store hygiene and operational excellence
