Urgent Hiring For MBA HR Fresher - HR Trainee

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with preparation and management of HR-related documents, letters, and forms.
• Coordinate with new employees for submission of required documents.
• Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Assist in preparing regular HR MIS and reports.
• Coordinate with employees and internal departments for HR-related requirements.
• Support the HR team in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation related to employee joining, transfers, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Support the employee exit and full & final settlement process as required.
• Assist with HR audits and ensure employee records are properly maintained.
• Handle employee queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
• Perform other HR operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
