Urgent Hiring For Manager-Control Engineering|HVAC/Chiller Automation

Hiring a Manager Control Engineering for a manufacturing/engineering industry at Rajewadi, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of at least 5 members in the Controls Engineering function.
2. Oversee control system design, PLC/DDC programming, HMI/SCADA development, testing and commissioning.
3. Handle HVAC and chiller automation systems, Building Management Systems (BMS) and electrical controls.
4. Review control designs, electrical drawings, control logic and programming to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
5. Plan and allocate team tasks, monitor performance and ensure timely project completion.
6. Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal departments and site execution teams.
7. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during installation, commissioning and site activities.
8. Mentor and develop team members while maintaining engineering standards and project deliverables.
9. Take ownership of the complete Controls Engineering function, including resource planning, project coordination and technical problem-solving.
10. Ensure effective execution of projects and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Controls Engineering, HVAC/Chiller Automation, BMS or Industrial Automation.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• Current experience in a Manager, Assistant Manager, or equivalent leadership role preferred.
• Minimum of 5 team members handled directly or functionally.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/Chiller Automation, BMS, PLC/DDC Programming, HMI and SCADA.
• Experience with Siemens and/or CAREL control platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of control design reviews, programming, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong project planning, task allocation, team management and performance monitoring skills.
