Role: Educational Loan - Telesales Executive

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Eligibility:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Relevant work experience required
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Experience in BFSI, loan sales, customer support, or education loan will be preferred
• Confident, customer-oriented and target-driven approach
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective customers and generate leads
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan assistance
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
• Support customers throughout the loan assistance process
• Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets
