ELIGIBILITY
For Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist:
• D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Valid Rajasthan State Pharmacy Council Registration Mandatory
• Relevant Retail Pharmacy experience
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Knowledge of inventory & pharmacy operations
For Store Manager:
• Graduate with relevant Retail / Pharmacy Operations experience
• Strong team handling & leadership skills
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Experience in inventory, sales & store operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions
Customer service & patient counselling
Inventory, stock & expiry management
Ensure pharmacy compliance & SOP adherence
Drive sales, diagnostics & multichannel operations
Lead and manage the store team
Ensure smooth store operations & excellent customer experience
