Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Investment Coach to engage with clients, understand their financial goals and investment preferences, and guide them towards suitable investment opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of mutual funds and investment products along with strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential and existing clients to generate investment opportunities.
• Understand clients' financial goals, investment preferences, and risk appetite.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct investment-related conversations and explain financial products in a simple manner.
• Guide clients on suitable mutual fund investment opportunities based on their goals and risk profile.
• Educate clients on equity, debt, diversification, and long-term wealth creation.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to improve conversions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Handle client objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate client information and follow-ups using CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, financial services, mutual funds, insurance, banking, or customer relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a relevant discipline preferred.
• Working knowledge of mutual funds and basic investment concepts.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment.
• Strong interest in finance, investments, and wealth management.
• NISM Series V-A certification is preferred/mandatory as applicable.
