Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare and insurance, particularly in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Group Insurance. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a good understanding of healthcare and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Handle health, life, and group insurance-related queries and processes.
• - Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare services and insurance operations.
• - Communicate effectively with customers, clients, healthcare providers, and insurance stakeholders.
• - Explain insurance policies, coverage, benefits, eligibility, and claim procedures.
• - Support insurance claims processing, policy administration, and customer service activities, as applicable to the role.
• - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable insurance procedures.
• - Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• - Relevant experience in **Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Group Insurance**.
• - Prior experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
• - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• - English proficiency at **C1 level or equivalent**, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally.
• - Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• - Good understanding of insurance policies, claims, coverage, and related processes.
• - Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• - Willingness to work at the Kochi, Kerala location.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• - Candidates with experience in healthcare insurance operations, insurance claims, policy administration, or insurance customer support.
• - Candidates with exposure to international healthcare or insurance processes will be preferred.
• - Candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex insurance information clearly.
