• Handle international outbound and inbound calls with prospective clients professionally and confidently.
• Communicate clearly and attentively to understand client requirements.

• Generate leads through cold calling for Sponsors and Exhibitors.
• Manage lead conversations effectively and ensure successful closures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of customer support processes.
• Ability to work in night shifts and from the office as required.
• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
