• Lead and manage the overall trusteeship business, including strategic planning, operational excellence, and business growth.
• Oversee regulatory fillings, auditing, inspection, and reporting.
• Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, issuers, and regulators

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in debentures and security trusteeship.
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and Companies Act provisions.
• Understanding of structured finance and debt capital markets.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Having leadership skills, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
