Job Description:

HDFC Sales is hiring Loan Officers for the Home Loan process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer requirements, generating leads, explaining home loan products, and supporting customers throughout the loan application process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates: Freshers can apply; graduation is mandatory.
• Undergraduates: HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Telesales or sales experience is required for undergraduate candidates.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates should have a strong interest in sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on home loan leads.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Explain home loan features, eligibility, and process to customers.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for documentation and application processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
