We are hiring for the position of Investment Coach.

Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
Experience: Freshers to 3+ Years

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA / Up to 8 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days Working(Monday to Friday) + Alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM
Languages: English & Hindi are mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are interested in building a career in Sales and Investment Services.

As an Investment Coach, you will interact with customers, understand their requirements, explain investment products, and build long-term customer relationships. You will also receive the required guidance and support to understand investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through calls and understand their requirements.
• Explain investment products and services in a clear and simple manner.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and assist them with suitable investment options.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Develop knowledge of Mutual Funds and other investment products.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with customers.

What Were Looking For

• Good English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Strong interest in Sales and Customer Interaction.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
