Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day departmental operations and documentation.
• Follow company SOPs, GMP and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records and documentation as per departmental requirements.
• Coordinate with respective departments for smooth operations.
• Assist senior team members in routine activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Learn and understand pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 01 year / Freshers
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Com / BBA / Diploma, depending on department.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
• Willing to work in shifts, wherever applicable.
• Good learning attitude and teamwork skills.
