Responsibilities

• - Support automation hubs move through the Route to Live, identifying any design flaws and deployment risks
• - Support issue and incident management, including root cause analysis and resolution
• - Assist with change impact assessments
• - Develop solutions to automate internal processes
• - Diagnose, raise, and resolve issues impacting robotic performance and automation

Desired Qualifications

• - Highly proficient accredited BluePrism RPA Developer (minimum developer level)
• - Experience in MS Power Automate
• - Experience in Continuous Improvement and Customer Journey redesign
• - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• - Great attention to detail
• - Some programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or other scripting languages
• - Proficiency in Excel formulae, VBA, and HTML is highly desirable
