urgent hiring For Duty Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Handling operations on day to day basis.

2. Key management includes Opening &Closing of shift (in-presence).

3. Cash Management: includes issuing of daily floats, handling cinema imprest, shift banking, shortage control etc.

4. Conducts daily briefing & Sets up targets/ goals for the shift, makes constant effort to achieve the same.

5. Check for staff grooming/ discipline.

6. Preparing of Weekly roaster for ESPs.

7. To introduce new ways and means to minimize transaction time at box office and at the concessions.

8. Oversees the services of Cinema from box-office to concessions and cleaning, to ensure highest standards and quality services at all times.

9. Preparing MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

4-6 years experience in Hospitality

Male candidate

Preferable HM Graduates

Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage

Strong knowledge of P&L report
