Urgent Hiring For Diploma Freshers in Production

Amrutanjan Health Care Limited is looking for Diploma Freshers in EEE, ECE and Mechanical Engineering to join our Production / Manufacturing team at our Sanitary Pad Manufacturing Unit in Seetharampur, Shadnagar.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, machine operations, process monitoring, quality checks and maintaining safety and hygiene standards on the shop floor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor sanitary pad manufacturing machines and production lines under supervisor guidance.
• Support machine start-up, shutdown, changeover and production activities.
• Monitor machine parameters and ensure smooth production operations.
• Assist in machine settings and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper feeding and availability of raw materials on the production line.
• Perform basic in-process quality checks and identify product defects.
• Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns and quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Support packing and other production-related activities whenever required.
• Achieve assigned production targets while minimizing rejection and material wastage.
• Follow approved SOPs, GMP, quality, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Maintain 5S and good housekeeping standards in the production area.
• Maintain basic production records and shift-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Follow all company rules, safety requirements and manufacturing standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma in EEE / ECE / Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of machines, equipment and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn machine operations and production processes.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Good discipline, punctuality and teamwork.
• Interested in building a long-term career in Production / Manufacturing Operations.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
