We are hiring for our Retail Pharmacy Stores in Delhi across the following positions:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy store operations.
• Ensure accurate medicine dispensing and prescription handling.
• Manage inventory, stock inwarding, replenishment, and expiry/near-expiry checks.
• Handle online and omnichannel orders.
• Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
• Support customer retention, promotions, and product visibility.
• Guide junior team members and ensure efficient store functioning.

Job Requirements

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm for Pharmacist & Senior Pharmacist roles.
• Valid Delhi State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory for pharmacist positions.
• 36 years of experience preferred for Senior Pharmacist.
• Relevant experience in retail pharmacy/store operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medicines, dispensing, inventory, and expiry management.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Team management and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates from organized retail pharmacy chains will be preferred.
