Role & responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business systems and sources
• Build dashboards and reports for occupancy, revenue, lead conversion, member retention, and operational KPIs
• Monitor workspace utilization and generate insights to improve efficiency and profitability
• Analyze customer behavior, sales funnel performance, and marketing campaigns
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership teams
• Identify trends and opportunities using statistical and analytical methods
• Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and community teams to solve business problems through data
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to support forecasting, valuation metrics, and business planning initiatives
• Present analytical findings and business insights to internal leadership, partners, and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Analyze business growth metrics, occupancy trends, revenue performance, and expansion data for investor discussions.
• Create visual dashboards and presentation materials to communicate business performance effectively to investors and senior management.
