Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
