Role & responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning:

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop platform-specific strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure all content aligns with Sera Naturals tone, aesthetics, and positioning.

Content Creation & Execution:

• Oversee creation of reels, creatives, and short-form content.
• Write captions, hooks, and scripts aligned with brand voice.
• Coordinate shoots with influencers, models, and creative teams.

Community & Engagement:

• Manage comments, DMs, and build an engaged online community.
• Collaborate with nano/micro influencers for organic growth. Maintain consistent and positive brand communication.

Campaigns & Collaborations:

• Execute social campaigns aligned with launches and trends.
• Work with influencer, PR, and performance teams for integrated marketing.
• Align organic efforts with e-commerce and marketplace strategies.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Track metrics like reach, engagement, and growth.
• Analyze performance and optimize content strategy.
• Share regular reports and insights.

Key Requirements
