Urgent Hiring OTC Collections Executive

Job Title: OTC Collections Executive
Department: Finance & Accounting
Process: Order-to-Cash (OTC) Accounts Receivable and Collections

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
• Contact customers through calls and emails to follow up on overdue payments.
• Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection activities.
• Investigate payment delays, disputes, short payments, and invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams, including Sales, Billing, Cash Application, and Customer Service, to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer commitments, and payment promises.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and invoice processing.
• Ability to analyse aging reports and identify overdue balances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with international customers and different time zones, if required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in and Puc
• Experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, or Collections is preferred.
• Freshers may be considered for entry-level positions, depending on company requirements.
• OTC Collections process flow
• Review open invoices and customer outstanding balances.
• Analyze the AR aging report.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices.
• Obtain payment commitments and follow up on promised dates.
• Resolve invoice disputes and payment-related issues.
• Coordinate with the cash application team to confirm received payments.
• Escalate long-overdue accounts when necessary.
• Update collection trackers and prepare performance reports.
