Urgent Hiring For B2C Inbound Agent

Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage outbound sales activities for the Air Arabia process. The role will be responsible for driving individual sales performance, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise and proven experience in the airline or travel industry.

Key Tasks:

• Drive outbound sales activities and achieve assigned individual sales targets for the Air Arabia process.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the airline and travel sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and B2C customers.
• Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, conversion, and customer relationship management.
• Promote and sell travel-related services such as airline tickets, holiday packages, travel insurance, and other relevant products.
• Ensure adherence to established sales processes, Air Arabia product guidelines, and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on Air Arabia products, airline policies, fares, promotions, and relevant industry regulations.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights and share them with management.
• Identify market trends and customer requirements and recommend opportunities to improve sales and business growth.
• Handle customer and client queries effectively and ensure timely resolution of sales-related issues.
• Take ownership of assigned business targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Air Arabia sales process.

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within BPO, airline, travel agency, or travel-related industries.
