Role & responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for B2B & B2C Sales roles .
  
• Built a robust talent pipeline through Head Hunting .
  
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
  
• Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
  
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring B2B & B2C roles.
  
• Track and manage recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
  
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives in retail talent acquisition.
  

Preferred candidate profile :

• Experience in Talent Acquisition
  
• Proven experience in hiring for frontline and leadership roles in B2B & B2C Sales.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills  able to collaborate with business heads, HR partners, and hiring managers.
  
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and networking.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel / recruitment dashboards for reporting.
