• Manage day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the store team, including roster and attendance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely omnichannel order processing.
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy and expiry controls.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance, documentation and banking processes.
• Drive marketing activities and local business development.

Eligibility:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• 57 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
