Immediate hiring - Field Sales Executive

Location : Hyderabad

Salary : 2 to 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard new insurance agents/partners.
• Identify potential agents/POSPs through field visits, references, networking and direct sourcing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
• Drive insurance sales growth through the agency channel.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business targets.
• Provide product training, sales guidance and ongoing support to agents.
• Activate newly onboarded agents and encourage regular business generation.
• Support agents in achieving their business targets and track their performance.
• Ensure quality business and maintain strong engagement within the assigned territory.
• Stay updated on insurance products, market developments and regulatory changes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance or sales is preferred.
• Good communication, convincing and relationship-management skills.
• Strong interest in field sales, business development and target achievement.
• Ability to identify and build a network of agents/partners.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field activities.
