Description

We are urgently hiring a Desktop Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for desktop systems and assist users with IT-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist users with IT-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
Proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with desktop hardware, laptops, and peripherals.
Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
