Location: Manyata Tech Park (MTP), Bangalore

Position: Customer Support Executive

Qualification: PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Salary: Up to 32,000 CTC for Experienced Candidates

Transport: Free 2-Way Cab Facility

Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts, Including Night Shifts

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clear, courteous, and effective communication.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.
