Urgent Hiring Customer Service Specialist (Night shift) | US-based MNC

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our international voice support team. In this role, you will assist U.S.-based customers with automotive parts and order-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive post-purchase experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls related to product inquiries, order status, order modifications, and general customer support.
• Provide accurate information regarding shipping details, delivery timelines, order delays, and automotive parts availability.
• Make outbound calls to proactively update customers on tracking information, shipment status, and order progress.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric approach.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution through consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call targets while consistently maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Follow established quality assurance procedures, company policies, and compliance guidelines during every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in an international voice process or customer service role.
• Excellent English communication skills, with strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
• Ready to work night shifts to support U.S.-based customers.
• Strong customer service orientation, active listening skills, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
