Role Location :

Kota, Bhiwadi,Bikaner, Ajmer

(Final location to be discussed during the interview)

Key Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers for CASA, Current Account, Savings Account & Banking Products
• Source and mobilize liability business through field sales and referrals
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure service satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate leads through corporate visits, market activation & networking
• Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria :

• Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Finance preferred)
• Experience:
• 02 years for Executive roles
• 02+ years for Senior / Managerial roles
• Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / CASA sales preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with strong customer focus
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Age Range Up to 30 years
