Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in back office operations or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Any graduation degree from a recognized university.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and proficiency in data entry operation.
