Good communication and interpersonal skills
**For YPRM / YFRM / YFBRM / SM / BM Roles:**
Relevant **banking experience** in the respective role/function
Strong knowledge of banking products and processes
Customer relationship and business development experience
Ability to handle business targets and portfolio growth
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
