Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Plant Finance Opex

Qualification: CA/CMA
Experience: 47 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly Plant MIS reports, including performance, cost, and variance analysis.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and track savings from Plant OPEX improvement programs.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting support, and monitor key financial controls across plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with plant operations, procurement, and corporate finance teams for effective decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide financial insights to support business objectives.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing finance and plant operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modelling.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
